Josie Fable is a contempofaerie romantasy author whose debut novel, Maybe Move Mountains, launches the Tales of Orland series.
Josie's love for faeries began in her childhood backyard in New Zealand, where as a 90s kid, she would spend hours crafting imaginary worlds from the small grass “lodges” left behind by the lawn mower.
Living with ADHD, Josie uses her writing as a way to process and make sense of the world around her. Her stories explore nuanced characters and the darker, more complex side of faeries and humans, delving into themes of relationships, self-identity, and shared experiences across diverse backgrounds.
When she's not weaving tales of magic and romance, Josie works as a graphic and web designer. Originally from New Zealand, she now lives in Australia with her husband, their five-year-old son, and their fluffy cat. Outside of her writing, Josie enjoys spending time with her family, indulging in her love of reading, and moseying around in her garden.
